We are absolutely delighted to welcome both returning and new guests to our 2026 season.
Over the winter months, we’ve been busy behind the scenes and are proud to unveil our brand-new ground floor suite. It’s hard to believe we’ve had the pleasure of calling Rosaire home for 10 years — how time flies!

Welcome to Rosaire Guest House, a stunning Edwardian residence nestled in the heart of Llandudno’s quiet garden area. Perfectly positioned between both shores, we are just a short, level walk from the train station, Venue Cymru, the promenade, pier, shops, and beaches.
You’ll always receive a warm welcome at Rosaire. Our stylish, 4-star award-winning bed and breakfast has recently been refurbished to a high standard, blending modern comforts with many of the property’s original character features.
Our family-run guest house is set within beautiful gardens and offers plenty of free off-road parking, including EV charging points. All of our individually designed en-suite rooms are tastefully decorated and finished to a high standard. Each room includes a flat-screen TV, bathrobes, hairdryer, and alarm clock for your comfort.
Guests can relax in our comfortable lounge — the perfect place to enjoy a book from our library or the morning paper after breakfast. Complimentary tea and coffee are available throughout the day. Our spacious dining room offers separate tables for your comfort, and we provide free Wi-Fi in all rooms. We also have secure storage for bikes and golf clubs, along with drying facilities if needed.
