Brought to you by Welsh Water, Llyn Brenig is a hub for health and wellbeing. A great place to visit to escape the crowds, enjoy taking deep breaths of fresh Welsh air as you walk, cycle, fish, eat, and admire the views.

We are fortunate to have returning ospreys who nest at Llyn Brenig every year, along with being a haven for wildlife such as pine martens, red squirrels and sand martins. Discover more about these remarkable birds at our dedicated osprey exhibition, where you can explore their annual migration to Brenig and gain insight into their breeding habits. Bird hide experiences are available to book on our website from April to August, offering a unique opportunity to observe these creatures up close.

For those looking to take the plunge, enjoy open water swimming, overseen by fully qualified lifeguards. New swimmers receive a full safety briefing and water induction on their first visit. (seasonal). For ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation, indulge in a Sauna & Cold Dip experience. Based on the 'Nordic Cycle', this contrast therapy of hot sauna and cold water (including a milder 20°C plunge pool option) is designed to boost circulation and enhance your overall well-being.
