Conwy Connect would like to invite families who live in Conwy & Denbighshire with young people ( 0-17 years old) who have a Learning Disability and their siblings.

To a 'Rainbows & Showers' themed Kids disco at *Colwyn Bay Rugby Club, Rhos On Sea*.

Parents/ carers/ guardians are responsible for their young person/s at all times.
